What We Offer

Integrity, creativity, and lived experience guide Unfolding Hope toward commitment to delivering meaningful learning experiences, building authentic relationships, and fostering community. In a world that’s moving too fast and feeling too disconnected, Suzie brings a refreshing presence- someone who honors the messiness of life and helps people return to what’s real.
Her work is shaped by a deep belief in neuroplasticity: the brain’s ability to grow and change at any age. With over a decade supporting trauma‑impacted youth & as someone who personally navigates ADHD and CPTSD, Suzie brings both expertise and lived compassion to her teaching.
She blends executive function, trauma‑informed care, social‑emotional development, antifragility, and culturally responsive teaching into simple, accessible tools- emphasizing the foundations of restorative wellness: sleep, movement, nutrition, and of course- a little bit of fun.
Suzie’s work is a reminder that growth is possible, healing is nonlinear, and hope is a practical skill - something we can practice together
